1. Do I need to make any changes to my telephone service or service provider? back to questions

No, you don't need to change anything. You can use the same phone service provider and you don't even need to change your long distance company.

 
2. Can I dial this access number from any phone in my house? back to questions

You can dial in to our low cost network from any phone that is connected to the phone line registered with KallCent$. If you only have one phone line in your house, then yes, you can call from any phone. If you have two or more phone lines, i.e. telephone numbers, you will need to register each of them if you want to be able to make calls from all phones in the house.

 
3. If this access number sends all toll calls to KallCent$, will I ever have to pay for a toll call to my local phone company at their rates? back to questions

Yes, you might have to. In some areas of the country, there are local toll calls for which you do not need to dial 1 first. If you only dial a seven digit number and it is a toll call, your local phone company will charge you for it.

 
4. Can I use KallCent$ with a cellular or PCS phone? back to questions

Yes, in most cases you can. KallCent$ works with many cell phone providers and with Sprint PCS phones. All you have to do is set up an account giving us the phone number of your cellular or PCS phone. Periodically we find some cell phones that cannot use this service.

 
5. Can I have more than one number on my KallCent$ account?back to questions

Yes, you may. There is no limit to the number of numbers you can have on your account.

 
6. How do I add another phone number(s) to my KallCent$ account? back to questions

You can add another phone number to your account by logging on to the KallCent$ Web site at www.kallcents.com and then logging into your personal account. Once in your account, there is an item on the menu on which you can click that will take you to the page where you can add phone numbers to your account, or call customer service.

YES! KallCent$ works with both residential and business lines.

You can change your billing address by logging on to the KallCent$ Web site at www.kallcents.com and then logging into your personal account. Once in your account, there is an item on the menu on which you can click that will take you to the page where you can change your address, or call customer service.

 
10. I don't have a credit card. Can I still use your service? back to questions

We are currently only offering KallCent$ to credit card customers unless your monthly bill is over $100, in which case you may be a cash customer. You may call our Sales department at 1-206-479-5284 or toll free at 1-800-516-9992 for details.

 
11. Will you mail bills to me upon request? back to questions

You can easily print out your call detail from your personal account Web site. We will mail invoices for an additional fee of $2 a month.
